Andrea Di Chiara is a prominent figure in the cocktail and bar scene, currently serving as the acting Bar Manager at the renowned American Bar in The Savoy, London. He joined The Savoy in 2017, starting as a bartender at The Bar at Simpson's before moving to the iconic American Bar, where he quickly climbed the ranks.
Under Di Chiara's guidance, the bar launched innovative menus that pay homage to the bar's legendary past while integrating contemporary techniques and sustainable practices.
