Biography

Chanel Adams is the first female manager of The Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. With a background in mixology and spirits, she brings her creativity and expertise to one of Bangkok’s legendary jazz venues.

Adams’ career began in Washington, D.C., where she developed her craft at renowned venues like Founding Farmers and the two-star Michelin Barmini by José Andrés. She later moved to Hong Kong, where she played a key role at May Chow’s Happy Paradise and joined the acclaimed PDT at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Adams earned recognition for her inventive cocktails and leadership, helping her teams win multiple awards.

At The Bamboo Bar, Adams plans to blend local ingredients with modern techniques, offering a nostalgic yet innovative cocktail experience. Her passion for mixology, combined with her dedication to exceptional guest service, promises to elevate The Bamboo Bar’s reputation as a leading destination for jazz and cocktails.
