Biography
Lucila joined Tres Monos in July 2023 as Head Bartender, bringing her passion for working with ingredients sourced from small producers. She enjoys organising cocktail workshops and contributing to the bar's creative direction.
Under her leadership, Tres Monos earned a spot on the prestigious World's 50 Best Bars list in 2023.
