Panos has spent nearly 15 years in the bar industry, developing a deep passion for spirits, particularly rum. Over the past seven years, he has honed his expertise at Baba Au Rum, one of the world's most renowned rum bars.
Beginning as a bartender, he quickly rose through the ranks, serving as head bartender for five years before becoming the bar's manager.
A true rum enthusiast, Panos has traveled the globe, expanding his knowledge of spirits and immersing himself in various bar cultures.
