Biography
Ronan Keilthy, originally from Hong Kong, is a seasoned bartender with over 10 years in the global cocktail scene. After starting in the UK, he became the youngest Head Bartender at 28 Hongkong Street in Singapore. Ronan later served as General Manager at Revival Singapore before joining Swift Soho in the UK. He is now the Creative Director at Sago House, overseeing beverage programming and staff development. Ronan has won the "Rising Star" award at the Bar Awards Singapore 2018 and the 2019 Clairin World Championship.
